GracyLou, Pookie, Boobie-face

Doggie Dynamics:
not playfulvery playful

Quick Bio:

April 23rd 2002

Snuggling with Mommy on the couch or in bed, (as long as she's under the covers). Playing soccer. Tug-o-war with Rope Toy. Fetching anything(i.e.: stuffed animal, ball, stick, rope). Playing with her new brother Rossco, and her new dog-"aunt" Ruby.

BSL, People putting judgment on me b/c of my bully breed, last but not least Mommy leaving me everyday when she goes to work, but I've finally learned to be good and stay out of the crate, so I get to lay on the couch when she's not looking.

Favorite Toy:
Soccer ball; tennis ball; squeaky ball

Favorite Food:
Science Diet Sensitive Stomach

Favorite Walk:
It doesn't matter where, she loves to walk; UNLESS it's cold outside; b/c Mommy makes her wear her jacket.

Best Tricks:
She catches her soccer ball with her front paws in the air; She will also respond to me with a howl or a bark if I ask her a question; High fives; Shakes; Jumping very high and doing 180's or 360's in the air to catch anything.

Arrival Story:
My high school sweet heart was breeding Pit Bulls at the time, and he gave one to his mother, and was having to go out of town too much, so she gave her to me when she was 4 months old. The best decision I ever made was taking her in. She's been my best friend and companion. I'm now back with my high school sweet heart, so Gracy is back with her 'first' Daddy that helped deliver her as a pup, there were troubles since she was the runt. Now she has a 'Mommy' and 'Daddy' that love her very very much. We love coming home everyday from work to her smile. She's definitely a jumper but when we get home and seeing her run to us with such joy and jump up to give us kisses is the most wonderful feeling.

Yes, she's a 'Pit Bull'!! But, I'd like to say, Hate the Deed, NOT the Breed, and Ban bad owners not the Dogs. We only hear of the negative things, not the positive things about this breed. For those of you out there that listen to only negative things, look a little deeper and see how many Pit Bulls are out doing work with mentally ill children to bring smiles to their faces, or senior citizens, doing charity work, and the Pit Bull's doing police K-9 work. Gracy is the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever had. And Smart too!!! Everyone who comes into contact with her loves her from the get-go. How could you not, she's perfect! She has the best personality and sweetest nature. She loves other dogs (small or large), adults, and kids, and does well with cats as well.
