Birthdays are the bestest thing since doggie bones!!!

Well everyone, I am definately a fan of birthdays! It was only my first one so I can't wait for the others to come too! Momma says not to wish time away so I will continue loving each day too, I do actually cause we always do something really fun even if its just going for walks or playing with my toys or something.

ANYWAY, back to BIRTHDAYS!!! So yesterday started out with Momma and Daddy waking up and singing me some song, had the words Happy birthday Bailey in it though!! Ever hear of the song? Anyways and I got my normal belly rub and hugs and kisses. Then Daddy brough me my froggie present!! I got a little too carried away with froggie so then I got a bone that I LOVED! Daddy then had to go to work so Momma and I played and she made me a special breakfast, garlic eggs and cheese! Momma said she wouldn't ever eat it but I LOVED IT!!! Ate it all up with nothing left in my bowl, WOOFF!! We went for a nice walk and I saw some of my other doggie friends who wished me happy birthday and tryed to sniff me in the you-know-where but I don't like that so I walked away... hehe... anyway so finally daddy got home from work and they put a birthday hat on my head which I didn't like AT ALL! I kept shaking it off, they managed to get some pictures of me, I'm going to delete them so they can't post but momma won't show me how to do it... GERRR. Momma says she is going to post the pictures soon, how embaressing! Oh well you can look as long as you don't HOWL! After the pictures, Momma got my cake! It was in shape of 3 doggie bones! There was a number 1 candle that I had to blow out and I did!! (with Daddys help, hehe) and then I was allowed to eat it! It was yummy, momma made it and it was potato icing, I LOVED THAT and there were some of my heart treats and my doggie food as the actual cake, I ate all the potato and some of the food but it was great! I spent after dinner time resting because I had such a great day but then momma and Daddy wanted to go to bed, I was going to be sure not to let them so when the fell asleep I was playing with my froggie and shaking it and hitting them! I managed to rip the eye off him so momma took him and hid him cause she said I was a little too excited, maybe I will get him back today cause I do really love him.

Anyway that was pretty much my whole first birthday! Sorry its so long it was just so great and my very 1st one and I am so excited!! Thank you everydoggie for all your birthday wishes and bones and rosettes! Momma is thinking of getting dogster plus sometime so I can give rosettes too!

My Birthday! My Birthday!

Momma and Dadda keep talkin about my birthday but I don't know what it means?! It's my very fist one so we will see. So far they have been extra nice to me, I hope its not a bad thing.... I got a toy froggie that squeeks lots so I tryed to chew it up, then Momma and Daddy gave me a bully stick, so I'm chewing that instead. Daddy said that there would be more suprises when he gets home from work, I don't know if I should be excied or scared? What do you think? You guys have had these things before and you sound really happy so maybe its a good thing for me too!! I read some of my p-mails and the birthday thing sounds super great!! You get special treats and all sorts of food and attention and presents, maybe I will too! I already got some pretty great things and of course tons of hugs and kisses and cuddles. Momma gave me a bath last night that I didn't like too much but she said I needed it for my special day. I guess I do smell nicer and of curse, am a lot cleaner! Anyway I will write more later to let you know how my super great day went!!

Wow its been a while!

Hi!

Its been a really long time sence I wrote in here so lots of updates!

I had to go get surgery done:( Momma said that its something that everydoggie should have to get done so I know she brought me there cause she loves me. I don't really remember anything anyway. The doctor made me stay over night and I didn't really like that! I hate being away from Mommy and Daddy for long, not even for short! Oh well, I'm fine now and Momma says I'm a little calmer then I was before!! I am still a super crazy little doggie though when I want to be!

Momma, Dadda, and Me moved! We don't live in Vancouver anymore but in New Westminster! I love it cause there are lots of doggies around me now that I can play with! Momma lets me off leash if there is one of the doggies she knows I play with and have tons of fun! We walk a lot along the Quay and go to the doggie park in Queen's park a lot too. I like the doggie park most of the time, I like to play the game where I get the other doggies to chase me so I can run REALLY fast!! That is so much fun! It usually ends up with me out running the others but sometimes I get ploughed over... it's ok though cause I get right back up again and get some other doggies to run! There was one time a doggie younger then me was playing and he just got there when I was about to tell Momma I wanted to go and he started chasing after me over and over. I didn't really like that because I already did that and I was ready to go home and get a BIG drink and go to sleep! Momma says that I have calmed down a lot now that I'm getting a little older. I'm a whole 7.5 months old! Do you know how many that is?? No really, do you cause I have no idea, woof!!

Ok well I think thats about it! I should get going, Daddy is about to go to work now... I hate it when he does that, he doesn't come home for a really really long time!

Very first real clip!

Hi everyone,

I graduated from table training with the groomer so Momma took me to get clipped, she helped me post a picture of what I look like now. She says that I'm getting a lot lighter in colour and says I'm becoming a big boy! I have lost 2 baby teeth already and everything! Momma and Daddy have been bringing me to play with lots of puppies like me every saturday, they call it puppy school and I LOVE it accept there is one doggie that is bigger then me who likes to pin me down and play... Daddy has to break us up and last week I didn't want to play anymore but then I did! That big doggie wasn't allowed to play with me anymore. I can't wait to go again! Its a lot of fun!! Well thats it for now. Hope everyone is doing as great as me!!

Happy New Year Everyone!

My mommy told me that last night was the beginning of a whole new year! I haven't even been around a whole year, how does that happen? Well 2005 was great, the best year! I was born and was brought into a great family!! Mommy and Daddy are great and there was a day not too long ago that I got lots of presents! Mommy said that a man named Santa was by and wanted to reward me for being such a good boy! I hope he comes again soon cause that was great! Well I hope all of you are having a great holiday, I know I am!

My first trip to meet the Groomer

Hi Everyone. I met a groomer today and it was scary!!! My mommy was with me at first but then a lady took me away from her and mommy wasn't there! I was being poked at and everything, it wasnt fun at all!! Then, guess what!!! My Mommy came back to get me and said I was a very good boy and gave me a treat! She said I was a very handsome boy and she loved the little bow tie around my neck! I didn't like it much but if it made her happy then I am happy too!! Mommy was worried that I would not like her anymore after taking me to the vet but really I love her even more!! I didn't like being away from her at all and not only that, not being in my home!!

I love to Play!!!

Playing is so much fun!! I love my hedge hog, Mommy squeeks it but I haven't figured out how! I think she is magic! I also love my chewie bones! I love everything!

My First entry!

Hello!

My name is Bailey and me and my Mommy just found this website! I love it because I can let everyone see how adorable I am! My Mommy and Daddy love me so much, they play with me lots and tell me that I'm a good boy! Sometimes when I play I like to with my mouth but I don't think my parents like it much cause they tell me NO! Sometimes I listen but other times I'm just so excited I forget what no means! I really do love them lots and lots and I give them licky kisses to show them. I can do tricks! I sit, Lay down, and play dead with my Mommy and Daddy say bang really loudly! They say I'm a ver clever doggie but what they don't know is I only do it cause when I do something right they give me a really yummy peanut butter doggie treat! They are super yummy!! I love to go for runs with my Daddy in fields full of leaves and I love to play with my piggy! I have this ball that I squeek but the squeek is so loud it makes me scared and I cry so I keep squeeking it so it will stop but it doesn't so my Mommy takes it and hides it away so I won't keep doing that, hehe. I don't bark much, my Mommy and Daddy don't listen when I do so I guess I just don't need it... I do whine though when I want their attention, especially when my mommy is on the computer and I want to lay down in her arms, its so nice to be close to her! Well I think thats it for now, its really fun typing, I have a little confession to make... my mommy is typing and I'm just telling her what I want her to write.... hehe. Ok well I hope to write again soon!
