Arrival Story:
He was a shelter dog that was up for adoption at Pet Smart. He jumped out of the volunteer's arms, ran across the floor and jumped toward me. Good thing I caught him (or he caught me). I took him in for the free check up to find out that he'd been brought to my vet after being in a dog fight. My vet fixed him up and kept him as an office dog, then a vet tech. took him home with her (she then moved). I had named him Mikey, but the minute we walked in the door and called him Jonathan, he perked up and wiggle every inch of his short body. He's been Jonathan ever since.
Bio:
My human is the president of Missing Pet Partnership and she helps find missing pets. One of the dogs that lives with us is a pet detective. I think she kind of bossy, but we let her stay since she helps to find missing pets. Her name is Sassy, and boy does the name fit! I'm the one in charge here since I'm the oldest, but we have to let our human think she's in charge. I found mom about 8 years ago at PetSmart. She thinks I'm perfect, I think she's right!
