This dog replaced me when I left for college. Now that my sister's gone off to college, he's replaced her! ;-) Oscar now lives either with me or with my mom. He is so loved!

Do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die. Rest In Peace, July 23, 2006.

Forums Motto:
All I need is a soft spot to sleep on.

Liesurely Stroll Around the Neighborhood

I was walking along, minding my own business, doing my own business. Suddenly, I didn't recognize where I was. I kept following the sidewalk, but I still couldn't find where home was. Miss Adella and Mrs. Bruner found me and took me in. They took me in until Christina and Vincent could track me down that same night. They were so worried about me since it was getting dark and cold really quickly. She and Vincent walked door to door asking neighbors if they'd seen me. Alot of people saw me, and kept pointing them in the right direction. I thank my lucky paws for such wonderful guardian angels as Ms. Adella and Mrs. Bruner. They made sure I was safe and away from harm's way.

Now I'm back at home in my own little marshmallow bed of softness, snoozing the days away. And I've got better tags in case I get lost again. But chances of that are slim, cuz Christina watches me like a hawk now when I'm out doing my business. Thanks again, Ms. Adella and Mrs. Bruner! I don't know what I would have done without you!

Jeah took me to get a haircut today. It's sooo good to get all the fur out my eyes! It'll really help ease the dry-eye. I'm still on my antibiotics. I can't swallow them without a little bit of Brown Sugar Ham from the deli. Jeah spoils me so!
