Arrival Story:
Murphy was left abandoned in a house before going to the animal shelter... Since he was not adopted, he went to live with a foster mom. I saw his picture on Petfinder.com and thought he looked like his sister, Isabelle, so I had to get him. Isabelle loves playing and bossing around her brother.

Bio:
Murphy has put on a lot of weight since his adoption. In looking at the before (pink shirt) and after pictures, anyone can see the change his appearance. In fact, he is not as scared and timid. I don't know who is luckier... me or Murphy!!!

Trimming the Christmas Tree

I have been a little sad because my sister, Isabelle, had a diary, but I didn’t. I got excited when my mom promised to write an entry for me. Well, this was a good weekend. My mom took my sister and me to the dog park where I got to play with a lot of doggies. I know I scared my mom because I got so excited that I didn’t even wait for her to get my leash. I have never done this before, but I jumped from the backseat to the front, then right out the door. Both Izzy and mom were running after me. Thank goodness everything turned out ok. I think it was because I knew exactly where to go.

On Sunday, some of mom’s friends came over to decorate our Christmas tree. I had so much fun because there were so many people there to pet me and scratch my backside. I absolutely LOVE having my backside rubbed. I got to eat lots of treats and get my picture taken. I will make sure my mom puts them up so everyone can see how much fun Izzy and I had.
