Well, I realized I never came back to tell everyone about the results of my last test. The results were still slightly higher than normal, and it has stayed there. It hasn't caused me any problems and doc said sometimes old dogs can get weird things like that. Thank you all for your prayers. I have been staying pretty healthy these days, just getting old! I'm on Rimadyl daily now and I really prefer to sleep all day more than anything. My hearing is almost 100% gone so Mom has taught me a little sign language. She started teaching me signs for all my commands as soon as she noticed I wasn't hearing as well. It's really helped now that I am almost completely deaf. I feel better that I still have a way to understand my people. Take care everyone!

I'm asking for some prayers about my health. I'm getting to be an older lady now and have found myself with visits to the vet more often lately. I went in about two months ago because one morning I wouldn't eat my breakfast. Mom knows me and knew if I wasn't eating it was serious. She took me that day to get blood work done. I really felt crummy. I kept vommiting too which wasn't fun. My blood work came back and I had one liver enzyme that was REALLY, REALLY high. The doc said it could just be bile backed up which would just work itself out and I'd be fine, or it could be a tumor in my liver. I started to feel a lot better a few days later. Mom took me back for a recheck three weeks later. We were sure everything would be back to normal since I was feeling well and eating all my food. That blood test showed the enzyme level had dropped by half, but was still more than double what it should be. The doc says there is still a possiblity it will go down more and he seems hopeful that it will. I'm eating W/D which is suppose to help and I will go in to get retested on the 19th. If the enzyme hasn't gone down, I will get xrays to be see if there is a tumor. Please pray for me to have a good result on the next test. Mom is worried about me. I'm her baby girl! Thank you everyone, God Bless!
