Arrival Story:
Mattie was dumped at the Humane Society in Fort Collins, Colorado, along with her AKC papers, just 2 days after her 2nd birthday. I am her third owner now. She was a mess - sad, neglected, sick. Her name comes from the condition of her fur - matted! Four years later, Mattie is a happy little dog. She still has some issues - which makes her a Shih Tzu with Issues!
