Arrival Story:
We had been looking for a dog for about 6 months when I saw Harries face on line. It was a list of dogs going to be gassed in 3 days. Harry would not be avaliable for 2 days. I did not sleep for 2 nights and searched the web for all the info on Wheatens I could find. He seemed to be a great match. I did not tell the children as I was not sure of this temperment being at the pound :o( My neighbour headed out to get him. When we walked in Harry jumbed up on the fence and just looked at me . We took him. He was such a trooper at the vet. He got a clean bill of health and his shots. And it was home for a bath. We took him to the school to meet his kids and they fell in LOVE with him on the spot.
Bio:
Harry is the best dog he loves to be groomed , follows me every place I go. He is very calm inside but when we go out he has a ball running , blayinf ball , and just being a dog. He has becom a special member of our family. He just graduated from basic training and loves to please. He is a lucky dog with 2 kids that spoil him rotten and a neighbour who has adopted him as her grand dog and looks after him when we go out and she is home. We are shocked at how a dog like Harry can end up on death row :o( Thank god for the volinteers that posted his photo. Rescue is the way to go :o) We look forward to many years of love with our special fur friend.

Well I wanted a puppy and what did they get me? 2 Foster cats. They are ok but just do not want to play the way I do. One just runs when I try to get her to play but the boy will give it a try. If only they could play out in the yard with me. But atleast i get to steal there food somtimes :o) But now they tell me we are giong to have 2 more visit for christmas. Hey I am getting out numbered here!!!!!! Bring on some puppies!!!!!

Hi! All I am having a great ime this month! We got to be in the Raleigh NC St. Pats Parade with some other Irish Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers. It was a blast! But boy did I sleep after that :o) It is really hard being cute all day for so many people! We had so much fun we plan to do it again next year! So if you know any Irish SCWT pups in the Raleigh area pleast tell them to email my Mom and she will tell them what to do. Hey it is fun and free :o) What more can you ask for?
Well last week my mom got an email and we were off to the shelter. It seems some people got this little SCWT pup and did not want him. He is only about 3 monts old and kinda cute. Not as cute as me though! Right Mom? You still like me best? Right Mom? Any way we brought hime home to play. Mom said he is not going to be with us long as she calls him a foster pup and said we are trying to find him a good forever home. But for now we have a great time playing. Mom said he has some tine called Littlt Man syndrome . He is only about 10 pounds but keeps trying to bodd me around. But mom said it is ok for me to let him know in a nice way I am boss. I think he is starting to get the message. But we do have a blast playing :0)
Mom seems to think the little guy might be 1/2 pug. What do you think? That tail kinda gives it away don't you think. My tail curls but tis does a double ;o)
Well better go keep him in line and get a little play time in.
Will let you know when he finds a home. Mom says we might get another foster after him as I am being such a good boy with thid one.
Keep your paws crossed it will be a girl! I like girls :o)

Wow! Christmas was great! I got a big bone and some new toys! Hope all the other pups on dogster had a great Christmas to :o) I think the best part though was my kids were off from school and got to spend extra time with me.
I did have an exciting time one day as the dog next door came over and we got out of the fence and took off. Mom was so funny trying to catch us :o)
But now Copper can't come play till Mom gets the fence next door fixed. That man just wont fix the rotting boards and mom is worried we will try to run for it again :o( She did get the fencing so when the rain stops she will fix it.
