   Leave a bone for Penny

August 9th 1977

She loved her family and wanted to protect us at all cost. She loved me talking to her through my bedroom window if not having me outside playing with her.

Being inside because it was too hot for her.

Favorite Walk:
She got to roam the backyard!

Best Tricks:
She would never leave the yard even if the gate was left open.

Arrival Story:
Well she joined my family way before I was even born. But I know from the stories that my parents told me that she was the runt of the litter and my dad picked her out. The brought her home and trained her to be a very good family dog.

Penny passed away in the summer of 1987 due to a tumor near her heart. She ended up having a heart attack before we could have things taken care of. We came home to find her under what would be my bedroom window..we believe she was looking for me because I would always talk to her through my window. She has been greatly missed and will forever have a special place in my heart.
