My mom adopted her as an 8 wk old puppy. Our family took her in when my mom moved to an apartment with a no-pet policy. My girls wanted a dog and she was the perfect one.

Bio:
We had her spayed when my mom gave her to us. We apparently saved her life b/c she was in the beginning stage of a uterine infection. She would have died if it were not for us taking her in. My mom would have found out when it was too late and she had not the finances to operate on her.

I am an indoor dog but for some reason I am not allowed on Mom's bed. I don't understand, I sleep with the oldest daughter on her bed and am allowed onteh couch. Mom always leaves her bedroom door closed when she leaves, but the other day she stepped out and left her room wide open. YAY!!!! All was fine until everyone came home. I was so tired and the room is in the back of the house so I did not hear the car arrive or even the key turning the lock. I ran out as soon as I heard voices, but it was too late. They saw me walking out of hte "forbidden" room. The kids felt the bed and felt a warm spot right in the middle of hte bed. Yep that bed sure felt warm and cozy. Now Mom is extra careful about closing her door when she leaves. BUMMER!!

Recently my human friend, Tica discovered that I had been "escaping" for jogs around the neighborhood. During hurricane Wilma the neighbors fence had been shifted over leaving a small gap for me to use to my advantage :) All was going great until I was caught slithering between the fences. I was chased down and brought back home. I don't know what the trouble was all about I came back every time and I always have my collar with ALL their phone numbers. They did not think it was safe so they nailed the fence back and now I can not "escape" anymore. It's just as good I like this family and want to stick around :)
