Arrival Story:
As the story goes, two hunters found Bear and his sister abandoned in a Nevada desert. They brought them to the shelter in their home town of Idaho Fall, ID. The pups were only a few weeks old and Bear’s sister didn’t make it but the shelter nursed Bear back to health. A friend picked him up from a shelter with plans to find him home. I was looking for a second dog so Guinness would have a sibling, and Bear fit the bill.
Bio:
We changed Bear's name to Bandit because we didn't like calling his name when we were hiking in the woods!
