smelling stuff, sniffing stuff, and then smelling the stuff I just sniffed - visiting Grandma and Grandpa's farm in Texas where I can play with my dog-friends Bosley and Joe Buddy and eat lots of cow poop - sticking my nose in Mom or Dad's armpits

Not being allowed to play with every single dog we meet - when Mom says "Bernie! Drop it!" when I find a nice sticky chicken bone on the ground - evacuating - taking a B-A-T-H

Bourbon Street - the pukier and peeier the better - now that we moved up North, anywhere because it's all new smells!

Arrival Story:
We saw Bernie on Petfinder in the summer of 2005 and his little tail was just a blur in every picture and he was always smiling. New Orleans Beagle Rescue helped us meet him, and as soon as we met him, we knew he was the perfect pup for us. He's a classic beagle - he sniffs, he snuggles, he sleeps. He's the best dog in the world.

I jus' un beagle from de Tangipahoa Parish. I no hunt so good so dis Cajun rabbit hunter abandon moi. But iz bien cher - 'cuz ma new Mama et Papa, dey say que I un snuggler tres bien! Les chats, dey no like me yet but I so cute dey will soon!
