I'm in trouble! (My first accident)

Last night I got in trouble with mommy. It wasn't my fault though! I've been in my new home for 2-3 weeks now and I haven't had one accident until yesterday. You see.....I like to sleep in the basement with my mommy on a futon. Grandma and grandpa were already sleeping in their bed upstairs. Well I went downstairs to see if mommy was there so we could go to bed, but she was gone! So I fell asleep on the couch. Then I had to go to the bathroom really bad, but I don't know how to go up the stairs yet. So I had nobody to help me upstairs so I could tell someone. Well my mommy came in through the back door and smelled something poopy. She saw me sitting at the bottom of the stairs. She wasn't too happy at the smell. In fact I almost made her throw up! lol my poo wasn't nice and hard it was all runny.....ooops! I peed in two spots too. So mommy woke grandma up because she couldn't pick it up without gagging hahaha! So when grandma was done picking it upmy mess mommy carpet cleaned the floors and lite a candle. So now the basement smells nice and fresh again. However, I had to stay the night upstairs while mommy slept on our futon. It so wasn't fair!
