calvin almost went home to family that was going to lock him in the laundry room. thanks to a caring pound volunteer, she convinced them that he wasn't the right dog for them. he was terrified, shaking, and completely withdrawn until we took him to an outside run and we could see under there--this great bouncy puppy. now you'd never know he was ever afraid of anything. he doesn't want anyone to know his original pound name--it was dorky.
Bio:
happy puppy lives with many furry brethren in a household full of veterinary students. it's a pretty good life.
