Arrival Story:
Mom saw my beautiful sweet face on a poster from the Bloomington (IN) Animal Shelter and couldn't resist. I've lived in 3 different states since that time and now call Texas home.
Bio:
**Update** Grace has recently been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. Not sure how much longer she has, but I'll make sure that lives every day to the fullest until she's taken from me. She also has a mass on her left adrenal gland.
She was abandoned in her early years and had just had pups when she was found. She's been through 2 heartworm treatments, the first one didn't take and she had to have another one. She's also had stitches on both of her sides due to a jealous "then" brother, the second more traumatic than the first and was an absolute trooper through the whole ordeal. Grace is now 10 but still acts like a young dog (at times). To date, she's caught 2 squirrels and 3 possums and is keeping track by putting notches in the tree in back........true story......lol
