Arrival Story:
Denali and I met at the Animal Rescue League in Boston. She was looking for a home and I was looking for a dog. She was wearing "the cone" to protect her recent surgery on her eyelashes. She put her head on my lap, let out a whimper, and drooled all over. I knew I had found my dog!
Bio:
Denali's lived in Massachusetts, South Carolina, Maine, and California. She's been known to partake in pranks and jokes. For example, nothing makes crowds of shoppers on Newbury St. move quicker than a dog wearing "the cone", straining at the leash, called "Crippler". She's a master of disguise, becoming "The Cow" with just a holey, white tee-shirt and an inflated rubber glove for an udder. She licks our faces every morning. I wonder if she's just seeing whether we're ready to eat? And, she's an all-around great dog!
