Growing up Pointer

Well, you gotta admit I was a cute pup. But I'm almost 2 and Mom is just now getting around to letting me keep a diary on Dogster. I have been hunting a lot since Daddy brought me from Kansas to Arkansas. I love to run, and I am a great bird hunter. My favorite are quail! Dad is impressed that I know how to "honor" and hold a point. Let's admit, Dad isn't the best trainer. He's lucky I've got good genes! (Whatever those are, Houston taught me that word...) My aunt is Bella. She is a German Shorthair Pointer. We go hunting together a lot. She kinda crowds me at night on hunting trips and she snores too.

Here lately Dad plays with me a lot. I definitely like to run. Wait, LOVE to run. In fact, I gotta go chase Houston now. Ruff Ruff for now!
