Arrival Story:
My parents live in Massachusetts and adopted Guinness from a shelter in Maine (Farmington, I think). He was a run-a-way who wasn’t found by his original home. My parents had him for a year and a half and then moved into a condo building that does not allow pets. I wanted a dog and gladly adopted him. My parents shipped him to me in Wyoming, at least his third state of residency. Also, “Guinness” is at least his fourth name. My parents called him Jackson, the shelter had a name for him, and his original home must have called him something. All the location and name changes really never seemed to bother him.
