Sleeping in dad's spot after he gets up in the morning (or on his pillow if he isn't around), taking a sunbath. And playing fetch, inside or out. Chasing squirrel's is good too. And my little sister Sophia, she's my playmate.
Pet-Peeves:
Muddy paws and getting in the tub. Getting my teeth brushed (even with the peanut butter flavored stuff), and being made to go for walks for exercise. And the snow, hate it.
Favorite Toy:
Nylabone Wishbones Petite and any stick I can find in the yard. Oh, and my pumpkin.
Favorite Food:
Ice cream of course (must be Breyers), liver sausage and bologna. Not much for the fruits and veggies, but an occasional banana is fine.
Favorite Walk:
Don't have one, too much work. Better to take a sunbath.
Best Tricks:
Flinging kibble 6 feet from my bowl with my tongue, it's a God given gift that I have. My mom & dad are proud.
Arrival Story:
We were waiting for a picture of Petey (our other frenchie), and had given up hope on getting one so we sent the deposit on Sketi b/c we were afraid we would lose our chance. Got Petey's picture a few hours later, but went ahead and got them both. Sketi is the sweetest baby girl in the world and loves everyone. She is never crabby and always good natured.
Bio:
We lost our beloved Sketi on 9-19-06 to acute kidney failure. In less than 24 hours she was gone. She is our forever friend, and left a legacy of love...When I am gone, release me and let me go..I have many things to see and do. You musn't tie youself to me with tears, be happy that we had so many beautiful years. I gave you my love, & you can only guess how much you gave me in happiness. I thank you for the love that each of you have shown, but it is time for me to travel on alone. So grieve awhile for me if you must, then let your grief be comforted by your trust. It's only for awhile that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart. I won't be far away, for you see, life goes on. So if you need me just call, and I will come. Though you can't see me or touch me, I'll be near; & if you listen with your heart you will hear all my love around you so soft & clear. And then when you must come this way alone, I will greet you with a smile and say "welcome home".

Dearest Serengeti, how we miss you our faithful friend and best girl. Our sense of loss for you is so great and overwhelming. The love we have for you still is so consuming that our hearts ache with the weight of it. Your gentle manner, unique personality, sparkling eyes, big tongue and silly smile are now only memories forever etched in our mind.
How we long to kiss your forehead and beautiful ears, and nuzzle our faces on your furry neck, all the while hugging you tightly...never wanting to let you go. Remembering the feel of your cold nose and wet kisses on my face brings tears to my eyes. Our arms feel empty and we long to hold you once again, and see you do that funny dance you always did when we came home. We gaze upon your pictures, and remember the happy times we had together.
We smile through our tears knowing that, even though you had a wonderful home and life with us; that you are truly in a much better place than we could ever imagine.
Dearest Serengeti, may you run and play with the angels, along with all the others that have gone before you in the beautiful gardens and meadows that God calls Heaven. And may you have eternal happiness and peace, and many squirrel's to chase. You will be forever in our hearts.....
