Meetings with Mom

Today I went to school with Mom again. I hardly ever even get to see mom at school because EVERYBODY wants to hold me. They keep me nice and warm, and I get so much love. I went to something called a SPIRAL meeting. All the teachers wanted to hold me because the meeting was so stressful. They said every school needs a dog. I agree.

I can run and jump again

The day after Thanksgiving, mom and dad took off the cast. The leg is a little sore, but that doesn't stop me. I can even jump up on the high bed now. And I walk with Mecca and Taco and keep up just fine. Mom only takes me to school on Wednesdays now, because I'm such a big girl and can take care of myself. But if I don't go to school once a week, all the teachers get sad and miss me. I'm so charming!

i broke my leg!

Well, there were lots of people over at the house and I was running around jumping on all the chairs and couches. I just learned how to do that. One of my mommie's friends didn't see me and pushed me down just as I was jumping up and OUCH, I fell wrong. It hurt lots and I cried and cried and bit the fingers of the people who tried to help me. Finally, I settled down but it hurt so much I slept all night. Mom and Dad took me to get X-rays and it was broken, so now I have a beautiful purple cast and everyone feels sorry for me. But I run around and chase my brother Taco every night anyway. I can't wait to be able to jump again.
