love. that's mostly it. being held, pet and loved. sleeping, the occasional toy. his main girlfriend robin. when not being held, he is either sleeping or licking bits of dirt or anything off of the floor. licking your brain via your nasal passage.
Pet-Peeves:
having to wear "the gentle leader". not being pet constantly. the car. when oliver forces affections onto him. not many pet peeves--he just wants love. also, when people think he is named after stan laurel.
Favorite Toy:
toys are occasional, but any toy he can snatch away from oliver.
Favorite Food:
whatever he can pick up as he drags his tongue along the floor. he tends to burp in your face after he eats. he once ate a brillo pad. oh yeah, and poop.

Arrival Story:
we went to a snooty pet store that usually had several dachshunds, all way out of our budget. we got there and surprisingly there weren't any. so i looked in the paper and we got him from a family in brooklyn 5 or 6 blocks from our house. he was very serious when we bought him so he needed a serious name. he would stick his nose out really far and look the other way.
Bio:
stanley is a lover. you cannot refuse his shiny, brown eyes when they ask you for love. he can be very serious but is so sweet you could cry. he is so lovey that he will pee on your foot at any rush of emotion. like his brother oliver, he has many human girlfriends-sandi, marti and robin. at the park, his first move is to usher all dogs into one corner and make them stay there.
