Arrival Story:
I got Booger when I was working up the road and my cousin came in with these 3 tiny puppies that someone dropped off at his farm. All there were so little and all wet and muddy. It had been storming all day really bad. They were all so cold so we put them all in a towel. With in 15 mins. all three puppies had new homes. I took Booger and another lady I worked with took one of his brothers and a lady we know took the other brother. I would hate to think what would of happened to those tiny little puppies if noone found them when they did. I am so glad we have Booger now he is the best dog ever.

Booger is my hero. Not long after we moved in out new house my husband started working night shift so I was left all alone at home with our infant son. We live out in the country and Booger loved to site and sleep on our front porch to wait on daddy to come home from work. One night I am sitting on the couch watching tv and the door was open and out of know where I hear Booger growling. I get up to see what is going on and I see nothing. He keeps this up for another few mins. so I know there has to be something outside. Since I did not see anything from where I was looking I moved to a window to see out better. It was pitch black out but there was this one light that made jsut enough light that I could see a man standing across the stree stairing in my house. I was so scared since I was there with just my son and the dog. The man did not see that I was looking at him. I went back to get the phone and called my husband at work and he said it was prob. just someone walking and they would go away. I kept looking and they were still there. I called my husband back and told him. It would of taken my husband 30 mins. to get home and if I had to call the police it would of taken them just as long since I live in the country. But let me tell you my little Booger growled and barked everytime that man moved. He was showing his teeth to this man saying if you come over here I will show you what this little dog is made of. Booger planted himself against the front door (the one the man was watching) Booger would not move for anything. My husband called on his cell phone to let me know he was on his way home and told me to look back out to see if he was still there. By the time I got back to the window he was gone. The man was there for about 30 min. I still have no idea who he was or what he wanted. When my husband got home Booger still did not want to move away from the door. He was protecting his family. Ever since that night I have been very close to Booger and him to me. He might not be the biggest dog but he is one dog that I would not want to mess with.
