 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: October 1st 2004
Likes: playing ball, having my belly rubbed, sleeping with Mommy, going to the nursing home to see Grandpa and the residents, being outside, swimming in our pool, running in snow, soaking up some sunshine

Pet-Peeves: Having anyone blow on me. Taking a bath. When Taylor is mean to me. Going outside to potty when it is cold or raining. Sleeping in my crate.

Favorite Toy: My ball.

Favorite Food: Toast, Animal Crackers, Tea

Favorite Walk: My property. It is HUGE!

Best Tricks: Down and Rest, Come, Wait - I am really good at washing out our food bowls.

Arrival Story: My Mommy bought me from a breeder she knows. Mommy says she got pick of the litter. I had two sisters and one brother. His name is Toby and Mommy knows who Toby owns. I picked them out before they picked me. I did everything to get their attention. I chased Taylor trying to get his attention but he was totally not interested. Finally, Daddy said to Mommy "for goodness sake, pick her up and let's take her home!" It was so obvious I was the pick of the litter for them. I only cried in the jeep. Once I got home and met Dylan, I never cried again and never looked back.

Bio: I have a fascination with water and love to play in it. But, I don't like to take a bath. (Go figure) I can soak down a room in nothing flat! I absolutely love to chase the ball. I'll run until my tongue hangs out the side of my mouth. I am a "social climber." I'll do anything for love and attention. Once I get to know you, I am happy to be around you. But, I am timid. So, it is hard for me to let strangers get close to me. I bark all the time at everything. Daddy says I sound like Dino from the Flintstones. I am a piddler too. If I get upset or scared, I pee. I was named after Carly Simon.

My brothers and I still don't get to talk to our fellow Dogster family very much. Still taking care of Daddy. He had his cochlear implant surgery June 12 and is going to have it activated July 27. We are so proud of our Daddy. He has come a long way since his accident. Of course, that is because I take such good care of him. If we don't reply to your emails or pup pal requests timely, I am sorry. We love our dogster family but still don't take much time out for them. Continue to pray for our Daddy. Love to all!

It's been many months since we have been active on Dogster. Last September, Daddy fell from a scaffolding while building our home. He lost his hearing, has vestibular imbalance and some vision problems. It took allot of licks and hugs, but we took really good care of Daddy. He won't be able to work in construction any more but he can and has resumed work on our home. He can't be on scaffoldings any more and has to have assistance to do the work that is too high for him now. Hopefully, it won't be long now that he will undergo a cochlear implant for his right ear. This should allow him to hear much better than he can now. His hearing aids help him to communicate but it is not too good. Daddy has come a long way in his healing. Sometimes we cry tears of joy just watching him. He struggles with his disabilities sometimes but he is blessed. We love him so very much.

Wanted everyone who reads my diary to know why we have not been on-line in quite some time. My Daddy had a serious accident on Sept 3rd. He fell about 15 feet from a scaffolding while working on our home. He received a very serious head injury along with several fractures in his neck, back and ribs. His fractures will heal on their own without any surgery at this time. His head injury resulted in him not being able to hear now. We are getting him a hearing aid to help what little hearing he has in his left ear. It also effected his balance. So, he does not walk very well now. He has a long recovery period ahead of him. Mommy says he will start physical therapy soon. So, if we don't get back to our emails or if you don't see us talking on-line, it is because we are so busy taking care of Daddy. Mommy says I am the perfect medicine for Daddy and that I make a wonderful little nurse maid. I am a Daddy's girl. Send woof prayers out for my Daddy so he will get well real soon.
