 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: June 24th 2002
Likes: sleeping anywhere and everywhere, going for walks, going to Brooklyn, bones

Pet-Peeves: being left at home, rain, getting wet

Favorite Toy: the referee, anything with dangly stuff & squeakers, his Beehive (which is no longer with us :-( )

Favorite Food: pasta, cream cheese with [X] (bagel, pretzels, etc.), ice cream

Favorite Walk: Anywhere! But he loves cold weather, playing in the snow, and walking around Brooklyn/NYC...basically, anywhere people can love him!

Best Tricks: saluting - his Daddy is a Marine and taught him to salute like the bulldog LCpl. Molly does out at Camp Pendleton, CA

Arrival Story: When I saw him as a puppy, I had to hold him. I knew I wanted a bulldog - he was so adorable and had a perfect "dot" on the top of his head. When I picked him up, he smelled "sleepy" and crawled up into my arms like a baby. That sleepy smell - a mix of tortilla chips, popcorn, and salt - was the same as my first puppy...and I knew it was love. My husband went back that night and bought him for us.

Bio: Yankee was raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where we lived with my Grammy while I finished college. He traveled to NJ with me often, where my parents live and where my husband and I both grew up.
Yankee came with me on an 8-hour car ride in June, 2003, right after his first birthday, to Camp Lejeune, NC. We were both able to stay in a hotel together (Marriot!) and welcome home Tommy (my husband, his Dad) after serving in Iraq. A bulldog on a USMC base? He loved it! And the Marines, naturally, loved him!
Now we live just outside Syracuse, NY. He has a new baby brother - a human! - and a kitty-sister Phoebe aka "Miss Pretty." Any bulldog trainers, lovers, parents, breeders near Syracuse??

Forums Motto: Chillin' out, mackin' relaxin' all cool

I've now lived in 3 states! My family and I just moved to California...my Daddy's in the Marines so we move alot. But I love it! We drove all the way across the country! My favorite state that we drove through was Colorado. We stopped at Miss Keryn's and I got to play with her doggies and run around in her backyard. It's really high up a mountain! My mommy said it's over 8000 ft.! It was really rocky and had great smells!! California is fun but hot! We're living in the desert. There aren't many trees, but I like sleeping in the sun during the day.
I turned four in June! And my little human brother turned two in August. Mommy and Daddy keep telling me and my brother about something called a "sister." So far I haven't seen anything strange, but Mommy is getting big! It sounds fun!
I'm sleepy, so goodnight! Woof!

Daddy came home with the Christmas tree today....it doesn't smell real, so I don't think I'm gonna pee on it....at least not this Christmas! It snowed alot, and I love it! I run really really fast and roll in it and throw my face in it!! Woof! It's awesome! I went for a walk with Mami last night, but it was so cold my paws kept freezing and I had to keep lifting them up. Maybe tomorrow it won't be 3 degrrrrrres outside..somethin's happening at the window, gottagogottagogotta go LOOK!!! Woof!
