Arrival Story:
Elle lived her whole life outside in a cage at a puppymill in the mountains of North Carolina. She had lived there with about 100 0ther dogs producing puppies, she herself had about 9 litters until she was rescued from that hellhole. Elle had mammory gland Cancer and had to have several large tumors removed. She had never been touched or held by a human before and comming home to live with me was very scary for her. Now, 2 years later, Elle has settled in to a life of retirement on the couch doing what she loves.... sleeping, snoring, farting and grunting. We love this little girl =)
