Arrival Story: I was out of town when I got a call from my best friend Amy. She said some kids were walking up and down the street with this dog and said that they found her and was trying to find a home for her. She knew I had been looking for a dog and asked me if I wanted this dog. I told her after I spoke to my father I would give her an answer. I discussed the possibility of keeping this dog with my dad by asking if we could keep her until we could find someone for her. I knew once he met her he would say yes. So, I called Amy and told her I would take her. I asked her how old was the dog and how big was she. She said the dog looked to be about 4-6 months old. Amy kept the dog for a couple of days while I was on vacation and when I came home Amy and the dog met me at the airport. She was such a cute puppy when saw her. She was a little golden ball of energy. With french manicured nails. She was definitely a dog that someone took really good care of. I got in the car and she was so happy to see me. I played with her in the car until she got tired and she laid in my lap the rest of the ride home from the airport. When we arrived to my house I brought in the house and she actually cried becasue Amy had left her. I reassured her and made up a nice spot for her in the spare bed in my room. To bed we went. When I woke up the next morning she was in the bed with me and I knew then that we had bonded. Seeing that I did not know her background, I took her to the vet for her vaccinations. The vet informed me that I had a baby. I figured she was about 4 months old. Boy was I wrong. She was actually just 2 months old. She was just big. When we had her weigned she was 16lbs. I was not ready for the amount of trouble a puppy could get into in such a short period of time. It was rough in the beginning, but I would not trade one minute of that time. She is really a fun dog and just so affectionate.
Bio: Princess Ginger is 3 years old and just as much fun now as she was when she was a puppy.

I learned to drink from the bathroom faucet. Check out my video
1. I really am spoiled by my mom.
2. I get real excited when my human grandpop comes home. I know when it
is close to the time for him to come home and I wait by the door for him.
3. I hate being locked up. I scratch the door and jump on it until I am let out.
4. I can eat off a spoon
5. I drink from the bathroom sink faucet and now the kitchen faucet
6. I hate being bathed no matter who does it
7. I am allergic to wheat
Ok, here are a few facts about me. I am spoiled rotten. My mom made me that way. I cannot go to bed without my mom. When I get tired and I am ready for bed, I pace around and keep sighing until she goes to bed. When my mom has company and I think they have over stayed their welcome. I keep walking to the front door and come back and look at them. Hoping they would get the hint that it is time for them to go. I love my human grandfather. He is great. I know when it is time for him to come home. When his car comes to the front of the house, I get excited and yelp and pace around the house to let mommy know he is home.
I have lot's of toys and I love to play with all of them at the same time. Although mom has stopped buying me lots of toys because she says that I do not know how to pick up after myself. I tend to leave them all over the house. I like to run, play fetch and catch. I even like to play my own version of soccer. Mom or granddad kicks the ball and I try to block it and prevent it from getting around me. I admit it, I am really a blessed dog. I have a mom who adores me and takes very good care of me. I would not trade my life for anything.
