Hi doogster
It,s been a long time since i added anything about me or buddy. Time has a way of getting away from me.
Buddy is doing better now. In june he was going lame for no reson that i could see so i took him to the vet. She thought he hurt his neck and that was causeing his lameness.She gave him some pills to take and told me not to walk him or go hiking for awile.He got sick from the pills and was not getting any better. One day out back wheni was playing with buddy he went lame again.When I went over to him I rubed his leg and felt it pop back at the joint. Then he could walk again.I took buddy to another vet and she agree with me tha his front leg was the problem not his neck. She told me to exercize him and make him swim to make the joint stronger I did and bud is fine now it"sbeen 11 weeks now.thank god I got my bud back .We have been hiking every weekend and some time when I get home early from work.Bud is happy and so am I Fall is here and wh'll be out alot more now.

two much rain

I got to take buddy to the park last night as it was the first night in a week tha it was not raining. The creek was moving fast and very deep that i could not let buddy go in. This weekend is the 4 of july so we'll be there a lot.Buddy has a lot of energy to burn off from being in the house so much.We'll both love to get out and hike all day. Hope the rain and flooding are over and all the people it afected are safe. see you on the trails

first snow

Last night it snowed about two inches so my walk in the park today was great fun. I love snow I can't wait till it snows alot so we can go hiking in it.
