I've been a busy busy big brother

I've been pretty busy taking care of my little friend Brandy so I haven't written for awhile. She's been sick but she is doing better. I'm her really big bother so I protect her when we go to the park. Sometimes she has dogs pick on her because she is older, but I let them have it and chase them away.

Today my Dad took us to the park twice and we went for a walk when Mom got home. We also got to go for a ride to a bunch of stores, but not the ones we could go into. I like going into the stores. I get lots of pets. After the stores we went to get hamburgers. That is my FAVORITE part!! I'm tired now so I think I'll go to sleep for awhile. I need to rest up because we have lots of snow coming and I love playing in the snow. Plus Dad might need help with the snowblower. I'm good at getting in his way.

12/18/2005 Hello Santa

I went to see Santa on Sunday and got my picture taken with him. He was nice to me and I sat really really good for my picture. After my picture, I got to walk around the store and meet lots and lots of people. Mom bought me some treats and then we went to the park to play. I had a lot of fun. Mom is going to check and see what it takes for me to be a therapy dog. I love people A LOT and want to be around them all the time.

I am 5 years old today - YEAH!! I can't wait to see what I get from my family and friends. They are very nice to me. I still have a sore leg from yesterday but I'm sure that I will feel better soon. I think my Mom is giving me a bath today - not a very good birthday present, but she said I stink!! I think I smell just fine and that darn cat Louis must think so because he's always trying to cuddle with me. But I'll be nice to him today. I can't wait to see what kinds of presents I got. I bet Mom will open them for me - or Brandy will. I will share with you Brandy - you are my best friend.

Tomorrow is my birthday, but I don't feel good today. When my Mom came home from work, I got really excited but I slipped and fell in the kitchen and I hurt my leg. I couldn't get up and I started to shake because I was really scared. When my Mom came in, she hugged me and held onto me until I was o.k. Then my Dad came running in and he helped me get up. My leg is sore, but I think I will be o.k. I'm going to have some supper now and then if I feel better, we might go for a ride. Me and Brandy would like to go for a walk, but my leg hurts too much so I better not. I hope she got me something good from the store for my birthday. I stayed home with Dad because Mom said it was a surprise.

I got a birthday card today with a coupon for a free toy! So, my Mom took me and my friend Brandy to Petsmart. I don't like toys very much so I gave it to my friend Brandy - she got a new hedge hog that makes a funny noise. I got some treats instead - I like treats!! We had a lot of snow today so I went out in the back and had some fun, then I went for a long long walk. I'm pretty tired so I'm taking a nap for the rest of the day, plus I need to get all the snow out of my paws.

We had more snow again last night and I had fun in it. Look at the picture of me eating the snow off the table. We were taken for a ride and then we went to McDonalds and I got McNuggets. This morning I wasn't very good though because I wouldn't eat my food, but then I begged for Dad's. He gave me some eggs and they were pretty good. We went for another ride down to the store. I'm waiting now to go to the park . We better go soon before all my friends leave - I love to see people but some of them get mad when I drool on them. I say TOO BAD!! Yeah, we are going now - WOOF WOOF everyone.

OOF OOF - I found the pizza this morning - hidden in the kitty tent!! I tried putting my head in there and it got stuck, but I got it out before Mom could get the camera HA HA. She was laughing at me and then I ate the pizza. She tried to take it away from me but I wouldn't let her. I went outside really early this morning because I was hot and laid on the deck. It started to snow and I looked like a big snow monster. Mom toweled me off - I like that. I had tuna fish and dog food for breakfast and now I'm waiting for her to get home so we can go play in the snow. I LOVE SNOW!!!

WOOF WOOF - I woke up this morning and didn't feel very good. I get sick on rawhide and I had some last night - my friend Brandy left it on the floor and before Mom or Dad could pick it up, I stole it and chewed on it. I didn't feel like eating anything even though my Mom makes me special things every morning. I love tuna fish and hamburger put on my food, but my tummy was upset and I couldn't eat. She even tried to give me some rice and hamburger but I wasn't hungry. I went outside and my friend Brandy barked at the neighbor dogs, but I just sniffed the back yard and ate some grass. My Mom left for awhile and I'm always sad when that happens. She always pats my head or hugs us though when she leaves. I wonder where she goes?? I bet she goes to the dog park and has fun all day long - I LOVE going to the dog park and we will probably go tonight when she gets home. My Dad came home and we went for a walk. After that, I felt like eating so he gave me my food and I gobbled it right down. He left for work then so I'm going to look for the pizza that Brandy is hiding. She will be mad, but I like to eat pizza.
