Arrival Story:
My 12 year old Basset Hound passed away in September. My husband said I could get another dog 20 lbs. or less, cause we have 2 other dogs. I found her picture on AMRT.net at a nearby pound and had to have her. There was a waitlist 5 deep but I was the fortunate one who was the first to call on the day she became available and they held her for me. She was a bag of bones, only 76 lbs., now, 3 months later, she's fat and happy! Much more than the 20 lbs. my husband agreed to but he's getting used to the idea.
