Our sweet Precious is at the Bridge

In July 2006, Precious developed Addison's disease. It is a devastating disease and almost killed her. She was in the vet hospital for 2 weeks and then back and forth numerous times to adjust her medication and have bloodwork checked. Some days she was perky and playful, but most days just too tired to do much. She still had enough energy to steal Ramsey's rawhide bones, though!
Last week, June 16, the disease took it's toll. Precious went to the Rainbow Bridge. She's well now, running and playing like the 2 & 1/2 year old she is. She was such a sweet puppy. We all miss her so much.

It's been a long time!

Pwecious here. Momswabe doesn't let me on the 'puter much, but she didn't wite about me for so long I decided I had to do it myswelf. In case you did not notice, I hab my vewwy own pwaymate now. His name is Ramsey, he's 7 months old and big as memememe. In March, Dadswabe dwove me across Virginia in the van to get him. A nice wady bwought him from Looziana cuz no one there wanted him. As soon as I saw him I licked him all ober his face. He must have liked it cuz he licked me right back. Dad bought us hamburgers. We pwayed and pwayed all the way home and haben't stopped pwaying yet. Sometimes when momswabe lets us out in the morning, I'll be slow and after Ramsey goes out I'll gwab his rawhide bone and run out the door before mom catches me. Sometimes we just lay around and play alligator mouth. Ramsey sneaks up on me sometimes and rolls me on the gwass, but dat's OK, I get him really good, too. He's a good pwaymate.

It's My BIRTHDAY!!!!

It's my birthday today! Mom took me to the vet before my morning nap to recheck my eyes. They told me everything was clear! I got lots of belly rubs and hugs when Mom told them today was my birthday. Then I gave snooter kisses for treats. It was like a party! I have good times when I go there.
I don't know what Mom and Dad have planned for me this afternoon, but I can't wait to go to the Bark Park and tell everyone today's MY BIRTHDAY!!!
