Bio:
higgins has many lives, he has fallen of a pier into the ocean, eaten a poison dart frog in costa rica, got lost in costa rica for 12 hours and was found after hours and hours of searching, tired, hungry and with his collar gone, eaten something poisonous in nyc, got his tail chomped on in nyc requiring stitches, luckily that all happened in his first year, it's been smooth sailing and getting fat since then!
