Arrival Story:
I had been runnin' the streets of Fresno when I was found and taken by a nice human to P.R.O.U.D. - an animal rescue. I was laying on the cold cement in a kennel all by myself when my new mommy came to find me. She noticed how unique I was and that I didn't bark at people like the other dogs did. Only later, in my new forever home, did i find out that I actually bark quite well - especially at the mailman! I think I must have been a pugilist in former life because I am SCRAPPY!

Bio:
Mr.Winkle, you've got nothin' on me! I'm fairly un-coordinated and rather spastic. The wiring must have gone wrong somewhere in that little head of mine! My cuteness makes up for any mental shortcomings though. My human's life would be very empty without me.
