She came into the animal shelter stray, bred-out, cherry eyed, debarked, and in heat..just someone's breeder dog that got too old i guess.

Bio:
Penne has OCD. She can stare at a cat for hours, or chase the sprinkler till she drownds herself.She is the most WONDERFUL Wiggy in the whole work. We luv Her!!
