I adopted Bubba from the pound when he was ~6 months old on August 17, 1995. My mother saw him on TV, and the next day we adopted him.

Mommy gave me another bath yesterday with my special seborrhea shampoo. She scrubbed and rubbed me. The water wasn't too hot or too cold, it was just right.

Saturday, mommy took me to have my nails clipped at my doctor’s office. My nails grow really fast. While waiting, I saw two girl puppies, and said “hello”. Both were so cute, but not as cute as Hope.

Mommy and grandma have been giving me lots of cookies (actually pieces - not whole cookies). Oh, how I love cookies. Yummy for my tummy.

Last Sunday I got another bath. I would have gotten it a week earlier, but I had diarrhea. Mommy says my that skin is getting better, my hair is softer, and I still smell like a stinkle weed. This Saturday, Nina will give me a manicure and pedicure.

Two weeks go by very quickly. Yesterday, it was bath time with mommy. First she sprayed lukewarm water all over me to get me nice and wet. Next, she scrubbed and rubbed me with my shampoo until I was all soapy. Then, she rinsed me off with the lukewarm water. Lastly, she wrapped me in towels, and wiped me until I was dry. Afterwards mommy smells me and says I smell like a flower - her "stinkle weed". Mommy takes such good care of me. I love her so much. I also love Grandma and Hope.

I'm so happy that mommy changed my baths to every two weeks. She says that I still have flaky skin on my chest and tummy, but she does not want to irritate me with the seborrhea shampoo. She has been putting neosporin on these patches, because I am scratching them and making them red. It feels so good when mommy takes care of me.

Mommy gave me my weekly (Sunday) bath. She said my seborrhea is all gone. All my fur has grown back too. I smell like a flower - mommy calls me her little "stinkle weed". I still want COOKIES!

Sunday I had my weekly bath. Mommy and I go in the shower together. I love the way she rubs me, but sometimes I have to shake the water off. Mommy gets very wet. After my bath is over, I get covered in warm towels and rubbed again. Mommy says I smell sweet after my bath, and my hair feels soft.
