Arrival Story:
the pet store we got Rocket from was going to have him put to sleep because no one was buying him and they wanted the space for a younger puppy who people would buy(never mind the fact that there was a card on his cage saying he couldn't be sold because when he came into the store he had a cold in his eyes which was treated by their vet and cleared up but no one thought to take the sign off his cage door). since it was my birthday and he knew how much i wanted a dog my husband bought him for me. that's why we consider Rocket as being rescued the store owner was giving him one week to sell before he was going to have him put to sleep.
