She LOVES to play, run, and wrestle with other dogs. Her favorite places to do this are Doggie Beach, Ruffner's Doggie Day Care, and Wiggley Field. She also loves to wade in shallow rivers. And she'll do anything for a belly rub.
Pet-Peeves:
Well, her people are vegetarians; 'nough said. Indie dislikes several noises: the El, the ice cube maker, and tin foil. She's also annoyed when she's tired and her people won't go to bed; she forces herself to keep checking on us.
Favorite Toy:
her green, fuzzy, squeaky ball from Aunt Tammy without a doubt
Favorite Food:
CAT FOOD!, beef jerky-type treats, and cornbread.
Favorite Walk:
She likes to scare the geese away along the Fox River.
Arrival Story:
We saw Indie and several other dogs on petfinder.com. We went to the shelter originally to see a beagle. But when we saw 3 1/2-month-old Indie, then Kristy (Matt loves that name) we were hooked. She loved playing with us and then fell asleep on Ryan's foot.
Bio:
Indie will learn any trick in exchange for a treat. And she's overeducated -- 3 obedience classes--yet still insists on jumping on guests.
