Arrival Story:
I went to the flea market one Friday afternoon and upon arriving you could hear a potbellied pig making such a racket that I had to go to the pet shop to see it. I needed to see the size of something making such a big noise!! Well, in the middle of the shop sat a cage with a lone Shar Pei puppy. It was love at first sight and after I held him I was hooked!! He went home with me that afternoon!!

Bio:
Wally was large for a Shar Pei, weighing in at 65lbs. He had all this excess skin aroungd his neck and face, talk about making a mess when he ate or drank water... He would come to me to wipe his face on one of the towels I kept near at all times. He loved to ride and he didn't care if it was just a trip around the block. He had a wonderful disposition and thought everybody was his friend. He would get so excited that he sometimes scared people but there wasn't a mean bone in his body. Unfortunately he suffered from separation anxiety and could be quite distructive. But I loved him even with his faults!! On 1/18/2000 he went to Doggy Heaven.
