Where have all the sunbeams gone?

Wow, but isn't the world BIG?!? This week has been a bit trying. Suddenly all the sunbeams are gone and there is this strange water falling out of the sky. Also, the leaves have started chasing me down the street. Mom and Dad say they wont get me, but I dont know.

These last five months have been all kinds of fun, though. I used to live in a house with all my brothers and sisters, my birth mom and dad, my aunt maggie, and my grandma rose (http://www.akcminidachshunds.freeservers.com/index.html -- Samson is my Dad and Mocha is my Mom). I think I probably played everyday, but it is hard to remember that far. My nose was very short and squadgie, though, I know that. I think Mom posted a picture of me when I was really little.

One day Mom and Dad came and we drove and drove and drove and drove... Then I met my best friend ever, my big brother Percy. He is the coolest! He has taught me all the Dachshund ropes: squeakie balls, string toys, sun beams, hoovering the floor..... He even showed me how to snorfle under the blankets on the bed. Everyone should have a brother like him.

I am going to school (http://www.seattledogs.com/) and I just graduated from my first class. It turns out, if you sit or lay down, your parents give you yummy food! They want me to do some other stuff, but I think they are crazy.

Oooh, gotta go, Mom says I have to go back to work. She brings me to the office every day to help out. --- Keep barking, Sophie
