She was rescued from an overcrowded shelter and has been with us a long time now! I think people are afraid of her because she looks like a little rottweiler, but she's really NOTHING like one.
Bio:
Believe it or not- I'm NOT a Rottweiler! I'm only about knee-high! I have a stubby tail with a kink in it- very unusual! My foster mommy thinks I was born this way! She also thinks I'm an all-american mutt! (Who knows what I am??) All I know is, everyone's always telling me I'm cute and I like to snuggle!
I'm around a year old (according to the vet) and about 35 lbs now, so probably not going to grow much. I'm a good girl in my cage, but LOVE to run and play outdoors, especially with other dogs! (Buster is my boyfriend!) I just like to have some time to myself when I'm eating- so I either need a home with supervised mealtimes or no other dogs. (She has actually gotten alot better about this- might not be such a big concern). I like to play rough, so I should find a home with doggies my size or bigger than myself. I love kids, but probably shouldn't live with small ones because I might accidentally hurt someone when I'm playing. Mom wishes I didn't want to chase the kitties so much- but I really think it's a blast!
The dog behaviorist says I'm very smart, and should pick up training very quickly- obedience work would be a good idea for me, as I'm an active dog and I need some direction. I love chasing balls, frisbees, sticks, etc...
I'm spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and come with my 1st month of HW preventative meds, and ready to go to a new home!
