Found her at Pet Central. My husband fell in love w/her at first sight. She's daddy's girl. She follows him everywhere.

Bio:
Tiara is a tri-color Papillon. She's a people person. She has a sweet and loving personality but can be stubborn at times. She gets anxiety around other dogs and when she is in unknown territory.
