Birthday: April 3rd 2004 Likes: Sadie loves to sleep, eat, play tug of war, bark at strangers and sit on my lap when I'm watching TV. She also loves to have her belly rubbed! Pet-Peeves: She hates going to the vet for her checkups. She also dislikes strangers/visitors, loud noises, having to wear her collar, being put on a leash, taking a bath, having her nails clipped, riding in the car and fleas. We hate fleas! Favorite Toy: She likes to chew on rawhide bones and squeaky toys. She loves it when we play tug of war with her rope toys. Favorite Food: She loves human food of any kind especially Boca burgers and bbq chips. She also likes doggy treats and doggy biscuits. Favorite Walk: Sadie will not walk on a leash, but she loves to run around the yard and bark at people walking by. Best Tricks: Sadie will sit, lie down and come when told. She can also leap tall buildings in a single bound (I'm not kidding). Arrival Story: In June of 2004 my daughter's chihuahua was having to spend a lot of time alone due to an illness in our family, so we decided he needed a friend. My dad took my daughter to the feed store where Snickers came from and Sadie was the only dog there that day. They called me and I said to go ahead and get her and when I saw her that night it was love at first sight. I have been her human ever since. Sadie has been a great comfort to me during some really dark days this year. Bio: Sometimes when Sadie gets overly excited she'll start to wheeze and I'll have to pet her until she calms down and can breathe again. She's just adorable! I snagged my dew claw AGAIN yesterday so mom said I had to go to the vet today to get it taken care of. The vet lady clipped my nail and bandaged up my paw and when we got home mom gave me a pain pill in some cheese and now I feel just fine.
