Arrival Story:
Shelter resuce from Humane Society of Sumner County in Hendersonville, TN - was rescued quickly due to possible bordetello scare that proved untrue!

Bio:
After taking her to our vet following adoption the vet recognized her as one that had been born in their office and had lived most of her early life in their office. She was the only girl of a 7 puppy litter. Mother was a known pure bred dachshund and father (of questionable heritage) was believed to be a beagle. She had escaped from her former owner's home and they never went searching for her. The vet had all of her records and even photos of her as a puppy. It is not everyday you learn a rescued dog's actual, honest to goodness birthday :)
