Pet-Peeves:
Being alone, being in his crate, not getting any ice cream when mommy and daddy have some, drying his feet after a wet walk outside, having to come in from the yard, not being able to reach those pesky squirels outside of the fence

Favorite Toy:
Globie, his big rubber ball that you can hide treats inside

Favorite Food:
bacon and eggs on sunday morning, turkey, pupperoni and beef and barley pedigree cans

Favorite Walk:
at school around the lake

Arrival Story:
Poor Shanie-do was given up by his original owner in 2002. A very nice veterinarian took him in and gave him a home. He lived at the vet for 8 months in a small 4x4 cage, only getting out for a few times each day. We searched online to find a new friend when our previous husky suddenly passed away in September 2002. After searching the Siberian Husky Resuce pages (www.siberianrescue.com) we found a picture of Shane online and then went to visit him. He was VERY rambunctious, needed some training and lots of love!!! We took him home and loved him every day since!!!

Siberian Huskies are a lot of work and very independent but they love you back as much as you love them!!!
