I don't like the rain! I can't stand the cold! I don't like when mommy says "no, no... don't eat my hair!"
Favorite Toy:
I love to play with my pet kitty, Pinky. We wrestle and bite on each other, then we nap on mommy's bed. Sometimes I like a nylabone, I collect socks and take them to my bed, and I have a doxi beanie baby to cuddle with.
Favorite Food:
I love puppy food that comes in a pouch, but mommy says I have to eat my special dry food that's made for mini doxi's. Daddy spoils me with lots of yummy food... then I'm a real stinker.
Favorite Walk:
My favorite place to take a walk is around the block at Riah, Josh -n- Marykate's house! (Pasadena, MD) There, I get lots of attention!!! I also like the four mile walk around Charles Town that I've just started taking!
Best Tricks:
My best trick is being able to make everyone say "Awwww"! A few days ago, I found out that if I go under mommy's bed, I can squeeze in between the mattresses and the wall to climb up by myself!!! I sit for treats.
Arrival Story:
Mommy says that until she fell in love with me, she only ever wanted a big dog. She said that she loves pitbulls, rotties, huskies n stuff. Daddy must be smarter because he said "I want a dachshund with a loooong face and loooong ears". Now, mommy calls me her baby, she shops for me all the time, and she likes to sing some song to me... goes "do your ears hang low, do they wobble to and fro?"... hey, if it makes her happy.
Mommy also says that I was born in MO (Missouri) and she found me on "Nextdaypets" looking so cute that she just had to have me. But... I didn't have a very nice time flying to Dulles, VA. My cargo flight was extremely cold, and had delays... and by the time mommy got me my little 1.9 lb body had gone into shock. Daddy promised me I'd be okay, and they say about $900-some dollars later I was well enough to be carried through Petsmart, getting daddy lots of attention.
Mommy says, "What would I do without my Roxy?" She's so smitten!
