That's because it's been so hot! I go out to look at all the places I've seen rabbits, and I'm panting by the second hole. :P Mammy mostly takes me out in the morning and at night, but I get a lot of exercise around the house by playing with my toys and making mischief.
Mammy doesn't play with me as much right now because she has started another class in school. She says it is called grad school...is that like my puppy training school? But I already have her trained VERY well, I don't know what she could be learning. My grandma says it is so she can make more money to buy me snacks and toys! Heck, I'm all for it.
As soon as she is done with that class, mammy will also work on a website for dogs in our area! It will be called www.baltimoredog.com. She said she will compile lists of things like:
-dog friendly hotels -where to adopt dogs
-dog walkers -dog parks
-doggie daycare -dog clubs and organizations
-holistic dog services -dog rehabilitation
-events for dogs -dog friendly restaurants
-special stores for dogs -and usual dog products and services
...all right in the Baltimore area! And people will review them on the website too. So, I'm trying to help her. If anybody wants to mail me a suggestion for something like that, or a review for a place they went or a service they used, go right ahead! This will be the best website ever! (Not better than Dogster, of course...)

Hello, I am feeling better today so I can write about my BAD DAY on Friday. Mammy dropped me off at the vet with my squeaky dog friend, and I had to be there all day with NO PEOPLE THAT I KNOW. I was so sad! Then they put stuff over my face and when I woke up, my nails were shorter, my ears were clean, my butt was squeezed, my teeth felt all tingly, and I HAD STITCHES IN MY HEAD. I had a lump up there and they didn't know what it was, and now it is gone. They put a big clear cone on my head so I couldn't scratch my stitches. I was so scared!
Then everybody came to get me...and I mean everybody! Mammy, daddy, grandma, and auntie. I was so happy to see them, but I kept crying and crying to tell them how gross I felt. When I couldn't cry anymore, I just cried with no noise. Then mammy and daddy took me to daddy's house and cuddled me and let me sleep.
I felt better when I woke up, and I was so hungry, I had a whole bowl of food at once! That surprised everybody because I never do that, then daddy said, "My god, he's out of food now!" I get special food because of my butt. So mammy and daddy went out in the snow, and they came back with all NEW food that tastes so good! Now we have to wait and see if it gives me butt trouble. I hope it doesn't, because it tastes good, and I heard mammy say that it was "cheaper" What does that mean?

Hello! Sorry about the rude title, but it's true. Mammy says my problem is with my anal glands, and it could be related to allergies. I am on special allergen-free food that makes my breath really awful, but it was fixing my problems at least. At Barcstoberfest I was so happy to eat the treats people gave me, but now I regret it because I guess I am allergic to that food! So my problems are back for a while.
Mammy is trying to decide whether I should have surgery to take out these glands near my butt. She is very worried about it, and she said also it costs a lot of money! I don't know what money is, but 1500 moneys sounds like a lot.
Well, in the meantime I will keep eating this allergy food (at least I like it) and hope that my problems get better from the treats I had on Sunday. We are going to see daddy today, and I can't wait! He lets me play a lot rougher with him than mammy does, and he doesn't mind if I accidentally bite a little hard. The best part about seeing daddy on weekends is I get to spend most of my day with mammy AND daddy, instead of having to go to my bed while mammy is at work. I can't wait! (Too bad I have to ride in the car to get there...I can definitely wait for that.)
