Arrival Story:
I rescued her. I had been looking to rescue a pit and my office manager mentioned that her daughter was fostering 2 pits and asked if I wanted to go visit with them. Of course I said yes! Apparently she ended up taking them both in because their previous owner neglected and didn't care for them. I met Roxy, and she was overwhelmingly loving, affectionate and a licker! You could just tell that all she wanted out of life was to be loved and the center of attention. She's definately an alpha dog though. As soon as I bought my house, I picked her up. The lady who had her was kind enough to hold onto her for almost a yr until I bought my house and got situated. Rox isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but I wouldn't trade her in for anything(despite what I say sometimes!;)

Bio:
Rox is the most loving, forgiving dog. Any opportunity she gets she will lick you to death! Best personality and temperment, although she really doesn't understand how powerful and tank-like she is. She is exactly what a true pit bull should be as far as temperment goes.
