She was sitting quietly at the animal orphanage, just waiting for someone to see what a sweet heart she had. We took her home and laid on the floor with her, and she peed. That was the last time -- from that moment on, she was perfectly housebroken!

Bio:
Annie lives happily and peacefully with three cats, and never pays them any mind. Then when she's outside, she wants to chase kitties all over town. No idea why. Sometimes she gets annoyed when other dogs chase balls, she seems to think it's degrading. She does NOT fetch.

Turning over a new leaf

Ever since we moved to our new house, I can't seem to stop barking. People keep walking by the house, and some of them even come up to the door. I don't understand it! Lately I feel a little panicked in the middle of the night. Moms took me to the doctor, who prescribed a little anti-anxiety medication. Apparently everyone in the house was losing sleep. It's not too bad being on medication, especially because Moms also decided I need more exercise to wear me out. I've been going for a hike almost every day! Except when it's too cold. I'm trying so hard to behave, but sometimes people (and other dogs) really get on my nerves. All I want to do is glue myself to my Moms 24 hours a day, and not let anyone else get in the way. . Is that so wrong?

I've had quite a week. On Monday, I went to day care. I fell asleep as soon as I got home. When I woke up on Tuesday, I couldn't seem to wag my tail. I tried -- but when I did wag a little bit, my tail was pointing down, instead of up. Same thing on Tuesday.

Tuesday afternoon, I went to the doctor. He was pretty nice. He said my tail is sprained, and a little swollen. Now I'm on medication. The good news is, I get peanut butter twice a day, with the little pill squished in. Plus, I'm getting some extra love from Moms.
