Lily's Journal...

My new friend is here!

Her name is C.J.

I am not sure if she likes me. Sometimes I get too excited and try to jump on her, and she barks at me and tries to snap at me. I guess I am just too hyper sometimes. I can't help it though. I love to play! :D

I don't come inside as much as I use to. Now I like being outside with my new friend. We sniff around the yard together, and ALWAYS bark at the mail person.

My human is starting to miss me though. She says I stay outside too long, and she doesn't get to sit with me and watch T.V. with me anymore. I think she is a little bit sad about that. Today I was outside for 5 hours straight. She finally made me come in and eat some dinner.

I'm ready to go back out there now!

A Doggy Sister?

My human keeps telling me I am going to have a new furry friend. I am not sure what to think. I am a little jealous, cause I don't really like to share my toys. My human has been buying lots of treats and toys for my new doggy friend, and a new collar and leashe and everything like that.

I hope when my new doggy friend gets here that she likes me. I really like to play with dogs my size. :) Just as long as she stays away from my toys, we should be okay.

Vacation was so much fun!

I went to my grandparent humans house over the Halloween weekend! I love it there soooo much! We went for walks, played fetch, and my great grandma gave me some of her french fries! My other grandma fed me hot dogs with cheese in the middle! I love them so much. I hope we go to visit more often.

I did get scared though at one time. My grandma has sky lights in the bedroom we were sleeping in, and it started storming really bad. I thought the rain was going to break the sky windows, and it really scared me. I started shaking and panting. My humans took me into the bathroom where it was quiet, and we stayed there until the storm passed. It wasn't too bad. I made it through it alright. I just don't like storms very much.

When I came home, Sasha (my cat friend) was so happy to see me. She laid by me all day long. I was having so much fun on vacation that I really didn't miss her, but I know she missed me, so I cuddled with her when I got home.
