Arrival Story:
My mom and dad knew they wanted a dog, but lived in the city and worked alot. They decided to go to the no-kill shelter nearby just to "look". My mom had seen a cute little terrier mix on the website that she was interested in. Well, when they got there, that little dog was already being adopted, they were 10 min. late. They decided just to play with the other dogs, they saw me in my run alone. I was the only dog just laying in my bed, they noticed the picture on my cage had two doggies in it, they think the other was my sister, who was adopted the day before so I was sad and lonely. They took me outside and I walked well on a leash and playedgreat with them in the yard. I was a little older, housetrained, and very well behaved.....they took me home that day!!!! I have been perfect every since, my only accident in the house was when I peed on the christmas tree! I didn't know!!
Bio:
I have a thryiod problem and I take a medicine called Soloxine every day. I think this also causes my occasional seizures, I don't have them very often, but it's very scary when I do. Luckily, mom mom works at a veterinarians office!!

HI everyone...I really hope my favorite football team wins tonight. It's been tough with all the injuries and we are playing a 7-0 team tonight, but Brisco and I are rooting for them. Our dad is watching it in Boston with our friend Wilson the frenchie and his dad. We will def. sniff him tons when he gets home!! Brisco is wearing his Pats collar tonight for good luck.....yay for lots of cuddling on the couch tonight!! And some snacks I'm sure....

Happy Halloween! I've had a crummy day...well, it didn't start out that way. I got to spend the whole morning with mommy. She didn't go to work until the afternoon so we hung out all morning. Then, I thought we were going on a walk, but then realized she was taking me to work with her. She works at the vet so it's not as exciting as you think. I guess the idea was that since I bark alot when the doorbell rings, I would be better staying at the vet. Not so bad I guess....mom usually gets off by 9pm. I was wrong again, because around 7pm she came to tell me she was going home and I was going to stay the night!!! ALONE!! It's not soo bad I guess, I'm in a cage next to my doggie friend Julie who lives at the vet..she'll keep me company. Mom promised to come get me as soon as she can, she has the day off tomorrow and better make it up to me!!

Hi everyone, me, brisco and willow (the new kitten) spent another friday night alone. bummer. mom used to not work on fridays, so we got to spend the whole day with her. but she took extra hours so was gone allll day. tonight they went for dinner and a movie. brisco peed on the floor by the front door and ate some poo from the litter box...gross! Willow hid behind the couch, and i was a perfect angel of course. They are going out again tomorrow night too...hopefully they'll stay home sunday. i like football season, lots of good cuddling on the couch. I have to go to work with mom on monday night because i can't stand knocking on the door or a doorbell. i scared kids last year, but i just wanted to play and eat their candy!!! brisco gets to stay home and hand out candy with dad. well, have a good weekend everyone!! love, sophie
