Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: February 14th 2001
Likes: Eating, running in circles, barking, sleeping with his mommy and watching Sex and the City. Caries my favorite!

Pet-Peeves: When my mom doesn't pay attention to me or she's on the phone. The vacuum (it scares me), going to the Vet cause I know he's going to either stick something up my bum or give me a shot.Nail clippings my mom always manages to clip my back patas too short

Favorite Toy: my Kong, cause there is always something fun to eat in it and my red kong ball

Favorite Food: I like all foods, but am partial to granny smith apples, broccoli, baby carrots and Auntie Karen's homemade Scooby Snacks.

Favorite Walk: I love to walk anywhere my mom will take me & I like to go for rides in my mom's rag top and hang my head out the side of the car and let the wind blow in my face.

Best Tricks: Mom calls me a , "Scooby-Whore" cause I will do all my tricks at once for any kind of Scooby snack. I can't help it if I'm a people food junkie.

Arrival Story: When my mom first moved from Colorado to California she had to leave her other dog behind (Kristina Onassis-Laferriere), my dad travels a lot so she was able to talk him into getting me. She went to a well known pet store where my friends have been bought. The store had two Carins, one was an 8 week old girl and the other was me. I was 6 months old, as my mom was looking at the other dogs, I started barking and bouncing up and down, trying to knock the other dog kennels over. Our eyes met and she knew I was the pooch for her. We have been inseparable ever since!

Bio: As you can see I was named after my mother's favorite purse designer. I like to visit with my Uncle G and the girls. I'm a very protective dog of my mom, so I have just a few people friends I will play with. Ok, so I have a little biting problem. We all can't be perfect? I'm very smart and know lots of tricks. I'm also bilingual, my mom taught me some commands in spanish. I can roll over, shake (pata in Spanish), give a hi-five, speak, sit on my hind legs and know all my toys by there names. I'm so smart I learned each one of my tricks within 20 minutes. I like to sleep with my favorite blue binkie, but I have seemed to have misplaced it. I think mom threw it away, it was getting kinda tattered. Mom finally replaced my Ralph Lauren Binkie with a new Blue Binkie and this one is better then the one before! I have managed to chew new holes in this one to make it comfortable. We are moving to Hawaii pretty soon, so I will have more fun stories to tell!

Well, sorry for not keeping up to date, but a whole lot has been going on. Mom and I moved to Willow Glen; it's a small community in San Jose. I now have a really cool aunt named Alice. She is so cool, she takes me on walks and she even takes me on her morning jogs too! I have a cousin named Desmo and another cousin named Sonny they are both Tibetan Terriers. Sonny was a rescue dog so she is the silent type. Desmo is the Alpha male but me being me I still try to be the tough guy.
It's really nice, I have a large backyard and mom works in downtown San Jose and that's only 6 miles away from home. I really like my new digs; we have been here for about 9 months now so we are all settled in. Mom still takes me for walks around Lake Elizabeth and if you have been keeping up on my diary you know how much I love to go there and chase the ducks. My Spanish is getting better too. I now know how to give Beso's (which is "kiss" is Spanish).
Mom has been dating a bunch of loser's and when they come to the door I try to attack them. She still uses me as her baraometer. Her and dad have been talking lately which I think is really nice. I do miss him, even though he really didn't pay attention to me too much. But I think he missed me too because we are both so happy when we saw each other. Oh did I mention that mom and dad go out once in awhile?
Guess What? They even took me on a "Louis" vacation. I haven't been on one of those is such a long time! It was so much fun. A Louis vacation consists of the whole time focused on me! I revert back to my mom.....They took me to a cabin up in a place called Strawberry. I had to be quiet because we didn't know that pets were not allowed in the cabins, but I'm such a good dog that I don't make a mess and s long as I know where the door is I will sit by it when I have to go out and do my business. I know that dad really misses me because when I had to go out in the middle of the night around 3 a.m. he even got up to take me out. That was really nice. He even talked to me and called me his Cutchis Baba-loochis.
Mom is really happy lately and that makes me happy. She is golfing again and getting out more too.
More to come!

Well mom and dad finally called it quits. I'm ok with it since I'm a momma's boy. Mom is planning to change back to her maiden name, so now I will have to change my AKC name too. I liked my name Louis Vuitton-Villarante. Now it's going to be Louis Vuitton-Martinez??? It just doesn't seem to have that ring. But mom has always hated her last name since dad had two ex-wives who kept it. It's ok, dad didn't really pay attention to me anyway and he was always gone all the time. One of the things I do remember when I was a little pup is when mom had to fly to Florida for a business trip, she had told dad that she weighed me and when she got back I had better not of lost any weight or he would reap the wrath of her (and if you know my mom - that is something you want to avoid at all cost). So mom came home a week later and I gained two pounds; dad had fed me pork chops all week. Boy it was good! Needless to say, mom put me on a diet immediately.
Mom is taking the split very well. She's actually a lot happier now since it's just the two of us. Mom has talked to her attorney and asked him to request 'doggie support' for me. She wants to make sure I can continue to live in the life style that I am acustomed to. The attorney said that he would not put it in the court order or even ask the judge, he didn't want to get laughed right out of court. Whata crock! I need to be able to have my bandanas, new Louie leashes, collars and my gormet doggie biscuits. It all adds up you know. And besides it never hurts to ask.
I now have a nice backyard so I can run in circles to my hearts content. My brother Ryan comes to visit us more often too, which I like, but Ryan tends to tease me when mom isn't looking; just because he is older. But I get him back; when he is sleeping I crawl under the bed and bark. It wakes him up out of a sound sleep. I guess you know who gets the last laugh. I have learned from the best (mom); don't mess with me - woof.
My Auntie Kujo (and believe me - there is a reason why she has the nickname) mom's sister, came over and spent the night. My Auntie Kujo is a cat person so she can't relate to dogs. I growled at her cause she was touching my patas (who the heck likes people touching their patas? I don't) so she yelled a profanity at me and told me to get off her chest. She eats in front of me and doesn't even give me a taste! She calls me a 'heathen'. So mom had to remind her that I'm a person too.

Lent started on February 9th so mom gave up sugar, chocolate and soda. Is she trying to get back in good graces or what? So we all have to suffer? For something sweet she likes dried fruit. She had a bag of dried apricots in a zip lock bag on the nightstand by the bed. Hello??? What was she thinking??? Did she think she could leave them there and I wouldn't try to open it? She knows how I love my fruit. She left in the morning and that's when I went in for the kill. I took that bag of dried apricots and bit a hole in the bag and ate half a pound, boy it was good, but I didn't know I was going to have a pansa (stomach) ache. Oooohh, it really hurt too. Mom comes home and saw the bag on the floor and told me to drink some water. She knew that it would make my pansa bloat and the apricots would finally come up. The funny thing was, she didn't get mad, probably because she knew I was going to get sick and feel yucky. Well, all weekend I was up-chucking dried apricots. So I hope she learned her lesson not to leave food on the night stand anymore. Now, have I learned my lesson? Right, NOT!
